Return Policy and Refunds : All sales are final due to sanitary reason. Once the shipment leaves my possession I am not reliable for any damages cause by USPS. Please check tracking information for shipping information. We do not refund orders unless there was an issue/ problem on our end.
Processing and shipping : Please allow 1-3 days for processing time and 1-7 days for shipping for normal orders, 2-4 days processing time and 2 days to a week shipping time for wholesale orders. Due to covid-19, shipping has been dramatically slowed down. (shipping also depends on the location of the costumer)
